I purchased a 2017 Nissan Rogue from Honda of Freehold less than two weeks ago. All of a sudden the car wouldn’t start and the battery wouldn’t hold it’s charge. Panicked because it was leading into a holiday weekend, I reached out to anyone I could at the dealership to help. Dan in Finance and Anthony Mayfield, who sold me the car, were very responsive and got me in the next day to see Sal Hernandez, the Service & Parts Director. Sal took care of the car, explained to me what was going on and had me on my way in short order. Thank you to Dan, Anthony, and Sal who made sure I could get on my way safely and quickly.
Went to Honda of Freehold looking for a CRV and was directed to a salesperson who was genuine and knowledgeable/ his name is Raj Kang. Had such a wonderful experience, we wound up buying the car of our dreams. Raj took his time to explain all the technology associated with this car and advised that if we ever had a problem we could come back to see him anytime. I have heard such horror stories at car dealerships and the pressure of salespeople. I can honestly say, we enjoyed our experience with Raj and all the other people involved with the selling of the car and would advise anyone purchasing a Honda to see Raj. We live our new car! Damian stayed way after hours to instruct me about all the new innovations on my 2019 Honda Accord. I also received a phone call offering his help (if I needed it), about a week after my purchase.
